His extensive background in repair forged his passion for building a high-performing operation with a commitment to excellence starting at iFixit with the iFixit Pro repair business program. As a Program Manager at Puls, Matt helped create a custom end to end solution for consumer repair needs enabling transparency, efficiency and scale throughout the service lifecycle. From 2020 to 2021, he served as Director of Partnerships and Strategic Markets at RepairQ/ServiceCentral Technologies.He's fostered a strong, ‘Technicians First’ team culture at every company he’s worked at and is committed to providing a world-class experience. Currently, Matt serves as the General Manager at Nana Home and as Vice President of the Board of Directors at The Repair Association (Repair.org).
