Dom Coleman started with T-Mobile in August of 2003 as a frontline Customer Service Representative. He later transitioned into their sales organization, including time in every leadership role from the frontline, through Sr. Director. Dom has successfully lead teams as large as 1000+, and various sales channels, including Corporate Retail, Authorized Retail, and B2B. He has a track record of extraordinary performance with both people development, and business results. Success that he attributes to a focus on helping to make everyone around him successful, resulting in his own success by default. In his personal time, Dom enjoys traveling, fishing, aviation, and spending as much time as possible with his family.
