Adam began his wireless journey in 1987 at the "A line / Non-Wireless" carrier in the New York market called Metro One. He was the 45th employee, and since then has seen the wireless industry explode. From the days of being able to count cell sites to today's over 100% penetration, Adam has worked with numerous carriers, equipment providers, manufacturers, MVNOs, and local and national distribution. He has worked primarily on the marketing side, but Adam's experience also spans Customer Service, Training, Sales and Operations.
In 2013, he co-founded a Master Agent, working with 10+ MVNOs, and has spent his career trying to avoid the dreaded "Sales Prevention" departments. As a marketing professional, it's his goal to help make the lives of the sales teams easier.
In 2017, Adam (along with three other industry veterans) founded NWIDA - the National Wireless Independent Dealer Association. NWIDA's mission is to help "even out" the playing field for the independent wireless dealer, by offering exclusive content and discounts to its members, as well as becoming a voice for the industry in relevant state, local and national legislation. NWIDA works with other organizations to support laws like "Right to Repair" and has communicated with numerous governors and lawmakers, making sure the viewpoint of the dealer is heard.
